4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery to be eligible for a refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations made after this window may not be refunded. Please reach out if an issue arises—we’re happy to help where possible.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we take care in our baking, our kitchen uses common allergens such as dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are agreed upon during the order process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability at the agreed time and location. Missed pickups or deliveries may not be eligible for refunds.
